The extremely helpful staff upgraded us to a reasonably large room with sofa. Extra facilities such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were really useful.

Everything is perfect, we appreciated this hotel. The location is marvellous and fab, the check in is early. Set in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown and the workers in this place are kind. Every time we stay in Hakone, like to stay here.

The apartment was spacious and had a modern feel. The kitchen facilities were great and we appreciated the drying rack for dishes. The area had good WiFi and clear instructions for using appliances. Convenient location near convenience stores and Hakone-Yumoto station.

It was a great hotel in a local area, close to train station and town and restaurants in the area. The a double room was beautiful and gorgeous with sofa. The staff was very kind and nice and responsive to what we asked for. The location was great and handy, close to a tranquil temple.

We loved staying at this cozy apartment in Hakone! The clean and spacious room was perfect for our small family. The fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience, and the bathroom was fantastic. The location was ideal, with easy access to the nearby onsen. The reception even provided us with a discount voucher, which was a nice bonus. We will definitely be returning to this comfortable place in the future.

Such a generous workout climbing that severe hill, but hey, at least it's surrounded by "a lot" to make up for it!

Its location is marvellous, right next to Kei Hiraga Museum. Everything is perfect, the room is clean with storage space as well as a comfortable bed.

We appreciated the free toiletries in the room and the kitchenette with cooking utensils. The location was convenient for public transport and a nearby supermarket. The bathroom had a nice bath tub shape with a headrest and a separate toilet room.

The lack of elevators made it difficult to get to the upper floors, especially after walking up a steep hill to reach the property.
